Kenpo Jiu-Jitsu Training
Kenpo Jiu-Jitsu is Rule of 3 Martial Arts’ primary integrated self-defense program. Training combines striking, throws, joint controls, escapes, and submissions so students can develop practical skills across standing and ground situations.
What Students Learn
- Stance, movement, balance, distance, and timing
- Striking and defensive responses at practical ranges
- Throws, takedowns, joint controls, and escapes
- Ground positioning, control, and submission awareness
- Situational awareness and decision-making under pressure
- How to connect techniques instead of treating them as isolated movements
How Training Is Structured
Students first learn the mechanics and safety requirements of a skill, then practice it through focused repetitions and partner drills. Resistance and complexity increase as control and experience improve. The goal is reliable technique that can be adapted to the student’s size, experience, and physical ability.
Who It Is For
The program is available to youth and adults. No previous martial arts experience is required. Experienced students continue developing timing, combinations, control, and application against increasing resistance.
