Five gear types are required for sparring: headgear, shin guards, a mouthguard, sparring gloves, and groin protection.
These specific brands and models are optional; you do not have to buy from our shop. Suitable gear you already own is welcome.

Free dojo pickup: Select “Pickup at the dojo” at checkout—no code needed. Pick up at Rule of 3 Martial Arts inside Anytime Fitness Callaway, 856 N Tyndall Pkwy, Callaway, FL 32404. We will contact you when your order is ready to arrange pickup. This option does not include postal shipping.
