Fit for a Fight Kickboxing
Fit for a Fight is a technique-based kickboxing and conditioning program. Classes combine striking practice, movement, progressive drills, and physical conditioning so students can improve skill and fitness together.
What Students Learn

- Punches, kicks, defensive movement, and combinations
- How to generate power while maintaining position and control
- Progressive drills that improve timing, coordination, and accuracy
- Conditioning for work capacity, strength, speed, and repeated effort
- How to pace training and maintain technique as fatigue increases
How Classes Are Structured
Sessions include movement preparation, focused technical instruction, progressive striking drills, and conditioning work. Difficulty and intensity can be adjusted while students build the technique and fitness required for more demanding combinations and training rounds.
